Q: Does my company have to register in order for me to use the app ?

A: Yes, because of fraud in the industry we validate our users through businesses. Please feel free to recommend us to your travel managers. 

Q: Do you surge ?

A: No, and we don't think we ever will. Leap was created to give companies and their employees service and price consistency. Being greedy in business is not a part of our values. 

Q: What if my driver is not properly dressed? 

A; Leap business clients set the standards. Leap is not allowed to tell the driver how to dress, however, we can enforce the clients standards. If a driver is not meeting the standard, we inform him of the issues and provide the necessary remedial actions. If the problem persists, we inform the driver the clients no long need his services and he is removed from the app. (This also applies beyond dress and appearance). 

Q: Do you offer different vehicles such as busses and vans ?

A: For large passenger movements we partner with a premier luxury transporter that meets our standards. For information simply email Business@leaprides.com. 

Q: WHat corporate billing options do you offer?

A: We allow companies to have:

  • Net 30 accounts with payments made by the 7th day. 
  • ACH Payments
  • Credit Card charge per ride

Q: Is There a extra charge for invoicing ? 

A: No, we don't think thats a good business practice.

Q: Is there a minimum amount we have to spend to be a business client ?

A: No, spend $1 or $800. The goal is to provide the best service possible, there are no minimums to meet. 

Q: do we have to sign a contract ?

A: No, there are no binding contracts. We don't think all marriages are meant to be. A client should have the option to discontinue service if they would like. There is a service agreement all companies must sign promising to stay current on their bills.  

Q: What if I have a small company and it's just myself ? 

A: We have clients that are large insurance companies and also real-estate agents who are Independent contractors. Our platform allows us to have large and small clients. We don't discriminate, we accept everyone.

Q: What insurance do your drivers have ?

Leap does not employ any of the drivers. However all of the driver must have the minimum 100/300 policy as a standard. We not only keep a file of all this information but we check through API  with the TLC to ensure all drivers on our platform are authorized to be driving. 

Q: What if we require higher coverage levels ? 

A: When all drivers register, we ensire the minimum driver coverage is maintained. For the driver who have luxury insurance, 1 million dollar coverage policy. Those drivers are Identified and separated through technology. If your company requires such policies, we can make sure whenever you hail a ride, only those drivers will be able to fufill your requests. 

Q: Does Leap offer additional coverage

A: Leap offers umbrella policies for those institutional clients requesting such action. Please email, Business@leaprides.com for additional information.
